Cleaning up cash? Make money cleaning offices now.

There are some things that are certain in life: death, taxes, and dirt. The fact that there is dirt everywhere is one of the reasons retirees are starting to make money cleaning offices as a part-time or full-time income.
The commercial cleaning area has been dominated by janitorial services, but is a whole new field of opportunity for small ‘mom-and-pop’ operations. One of the benefits is that you can build an extremely profitable business as you make money cleaning offices that will generate revenue very quickly, and you can begin either from home or a commercial location and on either a part-time or full-time basis.
It allows people with a wide variety of goals to make money cleaning offices. That means that retirees can make money cleaning offices in a way that suits their individual style and abilities. If you enjoy doing the work yourself, you can remain a small solo proprietor or a ‘mom-and-pop’ business. If you are more energetic or ambitious you can build teams to do the work for you. There are few businesses that operate offering this tremendous range of choices and opportunities.
The first question you must ask is, do you have the determination to make the business work. Can YOU make money cleaning offices? Do you have basic business skills:
 are you a self-starter,
are you able to manage your time efficiently,
are you able to build relationships with both your customers and your employees?
Another question is this, do you build the business yourself or do you buy a franchise. A franchise will work closely with you as you begin your business and help you make it run smoothly and profitably. But you may discover that once you have become established, a franchise agreement is a decided disadvantage. You may resent working hard, but then having to send a percentage of your profits to the franchisor.
To be honest, in the long run you will make more money cleaning offices by operating as an independent business rather than as part of a franchise. Also as an indie businessperson, you have the advantage of being able to do things your way. The initial problem with that approach is that you have no guidelines to follow. Often your success or failure is a result of trial or error. The key then, is to research every aspect of the business, both before you begin the business and as it grows so that you will start it right and adapt to changing conditions and growth.

Have you got what it takes?

"Who am I? Why am I here?"
"Who am I? Why am I here?" were the opening remarks by 1992 Reform Party Vice-Presidential candidate Admiral James Stocksdale. In 1999 he was interviewed as follows:
JIM LEHRER: Admiral Stockdale, welcome. You were the Reform Party candidate for vice president in 1992, and you participated in the vice presidential debate. In general terms, how would you characterize that experience for you?
ADMIRAL JAMES STOCKDALE: It was terribly frustrating because I remember I started with, "Who am I? Why am I here?" and I never got back to that because there was never an opportunity for me to explain my life to people. It was so different from Quayle and Gore. The four years in solitary confinement in Vietnam, 7½ years in prisons, drop the first bomb that started the ... American bombing raid in the North Vietnam..
JIM LEHRER: That line, "Who am I?" and "Why am I here?" of course, got great publicity. Was that something that you just said spontaneously, or had you thought about it before the thing began?
ADMIRAL JAMES STOCKDALE: I had thought about it a little bit, and I thought it would come to me in a way that I could explain the idea of building a prison civilization. You remember, I really remembered Mark Van Doran's quote. He said, "An intelligent person is one who should a catastrophe strike, say doomsday... he could refound his own civilization."
He went on to explain how the inner qualities of the prisoners coupled with a belief that a ‘cause’ (my word) was worth being tortured for is what helped these men to survive.
Stocksdale’s words are important ones. If you’re going to plan a future, then you need to know your starting point. All of us go through difficult times. Right now you may be unemployed, short on cash, retired and don't know what to do, etc.  I know what hard times are like. That's why I started my own business. I want you to be able to do the same. A great 'startup business- make money cleaning offices!

As incomes decline and living costs increase, many people are looking for alternatives to making ends meet. Creating your own business is an effective way of boosting your income. Two things are required for achieving a successful new business venture:
1.)   there must be a need for your product or service,
2.)   startup capital. Many people have the desire to work for themselves, but very few have the capital required to operate their own business. There are many business ventures though, that can be started with little or no money down. One example is to make money cleaning offices.
Starting an office cleaning business is simple, and requires little start-up capital. Major expenses are cleaning supplies (initially bought at any discount store) and equipment (a good vacuum cleaner, dusters, spray bottles, etc.). Fortunately, cleaning supplies are cheap.
Because most business professionals are busy, they are willing to pay a company or individual to clean their offices. Here are some reasons why you should now to make money cleaning offices.
As a business owner, you decide how big you want the business to grow.
1.)   For example, if a smaller operation is preferred, you may decide to clean the offices yourself or hire one or two employees.
2.)   On the other hand, some owners have goals of building the office cleaning business into an extremely profitable, well-known company.
It is estimated that ‘turnover’ (the number of cleaning accounts lost each year to competitors) is as much as 40%. As a result many companies and small offices are always in search of office cleaning professionals. By-the-way, my cleaning company retains 99% of our customers – consistent high quality work makes this possible. It is always cheaper to keep a client than to find a new one.
Getting cleaning accounts takes work. But, you can develop an unlimited income stream if you decide to make money by cleaning offices. I’ll give you some ideas in my next post.

Why make money cleaning offices rather than homes?

How to make money cleaning offices:

When you are beginning in an office cleaning business it isn’t as tough as you might imagine and it will take a lot less money than you might think to begin.

The most important thing to realize about How to make money cleaning offices is that people who have an office aren't as fussy as would be the owner of a residential house. As a result, cleaning offices is easier then cleaning homes.

Homeowners are more concerned with the final look of their house and if the work isn’t done just right you'll have an unhappy customer. Since your cleaning offices and not homes, the office manager only has certain specific cleaning jobs which need taken care of and just getting the work done and on time is often enough to put a smile on their face.

A 'JOB' you can't lose!

Maybe it has happened to you. It was 15 years ago that I got, the call. It was the owner of my company, telling me that I need not come in the next Monday. I had been downsized. The next week I went in, "escorted" of course, cleaned out my desk and left my career behind. More than a job had ended. Over 20 years of my life, education and career choices suddenly ground to a halt. I was lost. For three months I sat home everyday.

Maybe it wasn’t so drastic in your life: perhaps you’ve been fired from a job you didn’t like. Maybe you’re stuck in a job that you would love to be fired from! Perhaps the thought of going into the office, the shop, or the factory makes you want to vomit.

Maybe you’re retired. But the retirement income, the Social Security, the pension plan you counted on is not enough. Maybe just a few hundred dollars a month, or maybe a couple thousand dollars a month would change your life beyond belief. I have good news for you. I found an income source that allowed me to pay my bills, support my family, and live a lifestyle that I could never have dreamed of just a few years ago.
How can cleaning offices do that, you say? That’s what this blog is going to be about. It’s been 15 years, I’ve learned many ‘tricks of the trade’, and I want to share them with you. You will never have to worry about being fired, going without the income you deserve, wondering how to put the kids through college, or enjoying the retirement life you’ve dreamed of.

Let me tell you more at   http://makemoneycleaningoffices.com/
